Artist’s Bio

Jane Wilson received her diploma in Design Arts from Georgian College, Barrie, Ontario in 1977 and later attended the Banff School of Fine Arts. She had earlier attended Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, obtaining a B.A in Sociology and Political Science.

Jane has exhibited widely since 1981 in solo and group shows in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta as well as in Oregon. Jane has taught in the Peterborough area and received numerous awards from the Ontario Arts Council.

She shares a studio with her partner, Ted Hodgetts.
