Artist’s Bio
The artist’s
actual training started from a night class at Vancouver Community
College that later on led her to explore and learn a wide variety of
techniques and skills.
Combining her Middle Eastern background with her training in the field,
the artist has created pieces that are one of a kind with depth and
character. Each piece has a fresh and modern edge for present day while
preserving the original inspirations.
She prefers to work with high karat gold, sterling silver, precious,
and semi precious stones. Also, she works to coordinate a number of
techniques, mediums, and methods such as lost wax carving, textured
metals, and Keum Boo, the Korean art for fusing metals. |
