Craft Council
of British Columbia Gallery
The Craft Council of British
Columbia Gallery promotes contemporary fine craft by emerging
and established artists by regularly exhibiting their work. Financial
support for these exhibitions is generously provided by the Province
of British Columbia through gaming revenue, the British Columbia
Arts Council, and Granville Island.
One of the few spaces dedicated
to exhibiting craft, the Craft Council of British Columbia Gallery
offers emerging and established craftspeople the opportunity to
gain recognition and exhibition experience in a well-known, popular
and heavily visited venue. Exhibitors are selected by a jury. There
will be no jury in 2009 as upcoming exhibitions have been selected.
